Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General
1.1. This document is a public offer by the Seller identified in section 2 to enter into a contract for educational (information and consulting) services on the terms below with any person (the “Client”). [Lawyer: verify references to Arts. 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.]
1.2. The contract is concluded when the Client, on the checkout page, agrees to this offer (by ticking the checkbox) and completes payment (acceptance).

3. Subject of the contract
3.1. The Seller provides the Client with online educational services in psychological education and practical training under the program selected by the Client, as described on the checkout page and on the Evoking Pride website https://dana-korn.com.
3.2. The services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace consulting a doctor or psychotherapist. If you are in crisis or there is a risk to life or health, contact emergency services immediately (in Ukraine 112 / 103; in the US 911 or 988; in the EU 112) or a qualified professional.
3.3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Seller is not an educational institution and no state-recognised diploma is issued. [ВКАЗАТИ: whether a completion certificate is issued — confirm with lawyer.]
4. Price and payment
4.1. The program price is shown on the checkout page in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and is the final amount charged. Reference amounts in other currencies (if shown) are not the amount charged.
4.2. Payment is made by card on the secure monobank payment page (internet acquiring service “plata by mono”, JSC Universal Bank). The Seller never receives or stores card details.
4.3. If the Client’s card currency is not UAH, the card issuer converts the amount at its own rate; the Seller does not control the exchange rate or any fees charged by the Client’s bank.
4.4. Payment is complete once confirmed by the bank. Payment document: [ВКАЗАТИ after accountant’s decision: fiscal receipt (PRRO) sent to the Client’s email / other document].
5. Provision of services
5.1. After payment is confirmed, the Seller contacts the Client at the email address provided within [ВКАЗАТИ: time frame, e.g. 2 business days] to agree the next steps.

6. Rights and obligations

7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Liability
8.1. Learning outcomes depend on the Client’s own effort; the Seller does not guarantee any particular result.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms limits rights the Client has as a consumer under mandatory law of Ukraine or of the Client’s country of residence.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Disputes and governing law
